Please review the below FAQ information before placing any orders with us.

COVID-19 Shipping Times 

Please note, during these tough times, orders can take extra time to be printed, shipped & delivered. Our manufacturers are currently printing & dispatching 50% of orders within 7 business days & 90% of orders within 10 business days. We are constantly in contact with our partners and will update this as the situation improves.
Also before ordering, please make sure that your address & country are currently allowing deliveries.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship Worldwide! Except for Iran, Cuba and North Korea. If for some reason there was an issue shipping to your country, we will notify you asap and refund your order.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

For T-Shirts & Hoodies

  • For these products, once an order comes through, our manufacturers print the order, package them and then dispatch them. Our manufacturers typically print and dispatch orders within 48 working hours. However, due to corona-virus delaying production, orders may take an extra few days. Deliveries to the US typically take between 4-10 business days and 12-20 business days in all other countries. Note that 20 business days is just in case products get held up at the border - in most cases, this is much less, especially in countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. 


For All Other Products:

  • Typically, order processing can take between 1-5 days before shipment. Once shipped, deliveries can take between 12-20 business days in the USA and up to 40 business days in all other countries. Note that 40 business days is just in case products get held up at the border - in most cases, this is much less, especially in countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

  • YES, but please forward us your changes within 6 hours. After 6 hours, we are not responsible and cannot guarantee the address change because we try and process and ship your orders as soon as possible. For address changes, please email sales@dankmememerch.com.

Can I have a tracking number? 

  • Tracking numbers are only available for orders shipped to the USA. International orders do not include tracking.

I ordered 2+ items but only received 1, where is my order?

  • Because we strive to get you the best possible pricing, we work with multiple manufacturers from all across the world. Due to multiple warehouse shipping, sometimes your items will arrive separately - which is perfectly normal. Please wait a little longer, the rest of your shipment is coming shortly. 

Why have I not received my confirmation email?

  • Most of the time, this is because you may have entered a wrong email address for your order (please check your junk folder as well). Throughout the purchase process, you will receive 2-3 emails including a confirmation email and a shipping notice. 

    If you believe you have entered a wrong email address, please email us and we'll get that fixed up right away. 

Is it possible to cancel my order? 

  • If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must request the cancellation within 12 hours. Once the order processing is complete and we ship your order, you can no longer cancel your order. 

Will I need to pay for any duties or taxes for my order?

  • Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties, VAT or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes, especially living outside of the USA.
